Strategic Partnership
Ardian has launched in October 2023 the fundraising of Ardian Semiconductor, a pioneering and unique private equity fund dedicated to the semiconductor value chain.
Ardian Semiconductor targets €1bn and expects to invest in 10 to 15 medium size businesses across the value chain, mainly in Europe (80%+).
A first closing is expected at the end of Q3 2024.
As part of a long-term strategic partnership signed in 2023, Silian Partners will act as the strategic advisor of Ardian in the context of Ardian Semiconductor.
