Strategic Partnerships
Ardian has launched in October 2023 the fundraising of Ardian Semiconductor, a pioneering and unique private equity fund dedicated to the semiconductor value chain.
Ardian Semiconductor targets €1bn+ with 7–10 mid-cap transactions. First close accomplished at the end of Q3 2024, and final close expected H1 2026. To date, IBS, Synergie CAD, and Centrotherm have been completed.
As part of a long-term strategic partnership signed in 2023, Silian Partners will act as the strategic advisor of Ardian in the context of Ardian Semiconductor.

In 2024, Silian Partners and Ardian began a cooperation with Invest Qatar to support the development of Qatar’s AI and semiconductor ecosystem.
